Caesars Palace unveils “extravagant” new entryway

Caesars Entertainment is hoping to wow arriving guests after completing a makeover of the main entrance to Caesars Palace.

Returning visitors will witness a space transformed following Caesars’ renovation, who spent several million dollars to give the Las Vegas resort’s entrance a facelift.

A significantly larger space now greets guests after the entryway’s ceiling was raised to, in Caesars’ own words, “match the grandeur of the hotel lobby.”

But that’s not all. The ceiling has also been coffered and decorated with hand-painted illustrations of Roman gods, who surround a chandelier containing 70,000 crystals.

Meanwhile, true to the property’s name, a 15-foot-tall marble statue of Augustus Caesar has been installed, standing atop a plinth in the centre of a new marble mosaic floor.

The revamped entryway also provides easy access to the new Galleria Bar, alongside two new gaming pits. What’s more, the casino dome now has a new, larger chandelier that contains 12,000 individual crystals.

Sean McBurney, Caesars Entertainment Regional President, said this renovation reaffirms Caesars Palace Founder Jay Sarno’s promise to “treat every guest like a Caesar.”

“Since Caesars Palace opened its doors in 1966, we have been inspired by Founder Jay Sarno’s promise to treat every guest like a Caesar,” McBurney commented.

“From the moment visitors arrive, we aim to deliver experiences that can only be found at our flagship resort.

“The extravagant entryway is the first of several new additions to Caesars Palace, with Peter Luger Steakhouse, Dominique Ansel Las Vegas, Stanton Social Prime and more to come soon.”
