The supplier says its new app offers a safe and easy way to order state lottery tickets while on the go. The launch comes as the US Powerball and Mega Millions surge to a combined $900m jackpot.
Players can buy tickets through the app for their favourite games, including: Powerball, Mega Millions, Lotto America, Lucky for Life, Idaho Cash, Pick 3 and Pick 4.
When placing a ticket order, players will be able to view an image of their ticket, check lottery results and receive lottery prizes up to $599.
Any lottery wins above this amount will result in a player being transferred their winning ticket so they can claim their prize from the Idaho Lottery.
To celebrate the launch, Jackpocket says it will offer Idahoans their first lottery ticket free on the app. New players on the app can also receive a $2 lottery ticket when signing up with a promotional code.
Jackpocket Founder and CEO Peter Sullivan said: "Idaho marks the 13th state where Jackpocket is available for lottery play, making 13 a lucky number in our eyes.
"The Jackpocket team is looking forward to providing Idahoans, both long-time lottery players and new players alike, a digital-forward way to enjoy one of America's favorite entertainment options."
The Idaho Lottery has contributed over $1bn in state taxes since 1992, supporting local schools and the needs of the most impoverished districts.
Jackpocket says it hopes to drive this state tax revenue further by making the Idaho Lottery more widely accessible to locals.
