This comes after a $100m investment by Hard Rock International to enhance the pay of its US workers with the wage rise benefitting 95 job classifications.
Since 2015, the company has received this honour seven times.
Companies who continue to maintain a priority on providing a safe and fulfilling work environment for their employees are included on America's Best Large Employers list.
The list was conducted by surveying over 45,000 American workers employed by companies with over 1,000 employees.
In the survey, participants were questioned on a range of employment-related issues including working conditions, pay, the potential for career advancement and their views of the company's image with reference to their current employer.
The rating was based on both direct and indirect suggestions made by respondents who rated how likely they were to suggest their own employer to friends and relatives.
David Carroll, SVP of Human Resources at Hard Rock International, said: "We deeply value the contributions made by our team members in the United States and around the world.
"Our recent $100m investment into the wages and salaries of our US workforce is part of our ongoing efforts to honour and appreciate our team members."
Paul Pellizzari spoke to Gaming America about this issue on the GA Huddle.
