Hard Rock Hotel & Casino team members to receive $10m in bonuses

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City has announced that both union and non-union team employees will receive more than $10m in bonuses.

Several team members also shared in the $100,000 in cash and prizes that were awarded during the announcement.

As part of its commitment to its staff, Hard Rock International has pledged to invest $100m by 2022 in raising wages for its US employees. This salary rise will have a significant impact on 95 job classifications, including those in Atlantic City.

During the event at Town Hall, it was announced that Janet Jackson, Keith Urban, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, Anita Baker, Zac Brown Band, and many more will perform at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City in 2023.

In addition, certain members of the front-line team received payments and awards worth up to $20,000 as compensation for their diligence and successful outcomes.

Jim Allen, Hard Rock International Chairman, said: "The commitment of Hard Rock Atlantic City team members to guest satisfaction is unrivaled in this market.

"We want to recognise and thank our team members for their dedication and enthusiasm, and we want to encourage them to keep up the great work."
