The exec is a Founding Partner of the production company Fulwell 73. As the co-executive producer of The Late Late Show with James Corden in 2015, he made history as the nation's youngest show producer of a late-night programme.

Winston has worked as the Executive Producer of Carpool Karaoke for Apple TV+, The Kardashians for Hulu and The Grammy Awards for CBS. In 2021, he directed Friends: The Reunion, which went on to become one of the most popular programmes in HBO Max's history.
