Flutter has announced its placements in LinkedIn’s Top Companies lists for Ireland and Australia.

With over 3,000 employees in the UK and Ireland and its global headquarters in Dublin, Flutter ranked 2nd in LinkedIn’s Top Companies list in Ireland.

One of Flutter’s brands, Sportsbet, ranked 21st in Australia for the career progression opportunities it presented to its 1,200 employees.

This comes after a recent endorsement from Work180, a global organisation that supports women in the workplace, which rated Sportsbet as one of the top 10 employers for women.

Phil Bishop, Chief People Officer, Flutter Entertainment, said: “At Flutter we are committed to making a lasting and positive impact and we support our colleagues in being the best version of themselves.

“Our vibrant and dynamic environment is founded on our people committing to doing the right thing, having ambitious views, and having the power and ability to act.

“This is the foundation of all our colleagues developing long and fulfilling careers with us.”

The LinkedIn Top Companies list focuses on eight key aspects when rating an organisation's career progression system.

This includes the ability to advance, company stability, skills growth, educational background, external opportunity, gender diversity, company affinity and employee presence in the country.

Bishop continued: “We want to attract the brightest minds to create a global community of talent that constantly evolves our working practices and creates a stronger environment and vision.

“We are thrilled to receive this recognition from LinkedIn, and this is testimony to all of the hard work from everyone within the Flutter family on our journey to responsibly lead betting and gaming into the future."
