The Australian gambling conference, Regulating the Game (RTG) will be coming to London for the first time in September 2023 and Armalytix has confirmed that it has secured the first Pitch! networking event.

Pitch! will be just one of the networking events dedicated to new technology, research and policies which aim to strengthen standards and regulation in the industry.

As a data intelligence firm, Armalytix provides technology solutions to gambing operators to assist with blocking ineligible customers and ensuring compliance measures are met.

In a recent interview with Gambling Insider, Richard McCall, Armalytix CEO, and Mike Ward, the supplier’s Executive Chairman, spoke about how the gambling sector needs to evolve more mutually accepted guidelines and affordability checks.

Pitch! RTG London is still taking applications for firms or individuals who wish to speak or present products and services at the event.

Paul Newson, Senet Principal and former President of the Internation Association of Gaming Regulators, said: “We are calling for expressions of interest from firms and individuals to pitch leading-edge products and services aimed at leveraging tech and pioneering thinking and approaches to help uplift capability, bolster safer gambling and anti-money laundering outcomes and enable a thriving sector.”

The five-day conference will examine and present the most up-to-date research, policies and practices in the gambling industry.

During the conference, regulators and industry experts will hold panels to discuss their knowledge, insights and various perspectives.

These talks will establish an environment where attendees and organisations alike can approach challenging issues in a co-operative and innovative manner.

A number of speakers are already confirmed for RTG London, including Wes Himes, Executive Director, Standards and Innovation, Betting and Gaming Council (BGC); Dan Hartman, Former Director of the Colorado Division of Gaming; Becky Harris, Former Chair, Nevada Gaming Control Board; Cathy Judd-Stein, Chair of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission; ANJ Chairwoman Isabelle Falque-Pierrotin; and Harris Tsangarides, CEO of the Cyprus Gaming and Casino Supervision Commission.
