iders Lottomatica Group plan to rebrand their company name to GTECH.
The change, which the firm’s Board of Directors are to propose to shareholders, is designed to further integrate the business globally, supporting growth, improving efficiency and enhancing profitability.
The rebrand is part of a move away from the company’s current structure of being divided into separate business units and marks a shift towards a unified, customer-facing organisation structure aligned around three global geographic regions.
Lottomatica Group Chairman Lorenzo Pellicioli said: "What we have achieved since the acquisition of GTECH is the creation of a global vehicle to address opportunities across the entire gaming continuum.
“With the steps we are announcing today, the Group evolves into a fully-unified business entity to accomplish these goals above and beyond the top-line synergies we have already achieved."
Lottomatica previously announced that their GTech G2 subsidiary would be rebranding to Spielo G2 following its merger with Spielo International last October.
