Game developer Wazdan has entered into a new partnership in the Czech Republic with local operator, Sazka.cz.
Owned and operated by Allwyn, Sazka.cz is the oldest lottery operator in the Czech Republic and is now set to offer a range of Wazdan titles to players in the region including Magic Fruits, Sizzling 777 and Magic Stars. The operator also recently signed a three-year extension on its deal with NeoGames, which was originally brokered in 2017.
Commenting on this latest partnership agreement, Jan Horyna, Head of iGaming at Sazka, said: “In such a competitive market it is of utmost importance that our offering contains the highest quality experiences on the market, making Wazdan an ideal partner. We’re delighted that Wazdan’s innovative slots are now live for our players to enjoy as we strive to deliver an unrivalled gaming experience.”
For Wazdan, the company will hope that this collaboration serves to strengthen its position in the European market, as the developer moves through a period of expansion that has seen new partnership agreements drawn up across the continent.
There has, however, been an enhanced focus on the Eastern European region, with this latest deal following partnerships with Winmasters in Romania last month, and SuperSport in Croatia in May.
Speaking on the Sazka.cz deal Radka Bacheva, Head of Sales, Wazdan said: “We are incredibly pleased to partner with such a renowned Czech operator such as Sazka.cz and extend our influence in Central Europe.”
