CasinoReviews.com has expanded its player protection services by gaining approval from the Gambling Commission (GC) to offer free Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services for GC-licensed operators.
This development builds upon CasinoReviews.com's history of managing complaints for the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
The new approval enables the company to provide binding dispute resolutions for players using UK-based online casinos – a move that aims to further boost player protection in the region.
The company’s ADR team holds certifications from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and aims to offer effective mediation for gambling-related issues.
In the first half of 2024, for example, the platform handled over 372 cases, returning $196,561 to players through its complaint resolution process.
Commenting on the recent GC approval, Duncan Garvie, Head of ADR Services at CasinoReviews.com, stated: "This GC approval reinforces our commitment to advocating for players.
“We're thrilled to extend our services to UK operators for free, allowing us to ensure a fairer and safer gaming environment for players globally. Our goal has always been to champion transparency in the industry, and this new step furthers that mission."
Players seeking to file a complaint or access dispute resolution services can do so through the company's website.
Earlier in the year, CasinoReviews.com announced that it had returned over $8m to players through its new ADR service. This service propositions itself as a free tool for both players and operators.
