Gordon Moody has announced the upcoming opening of its new flagship residential treatment centre in Redditch, Worcestershire.
The facility, scheduled to open on 25 November 2024, represents an expansion of the organisation's capacity to support individuals struggling with severe gambling-related harms.
The centre is located at Gordon Moody House on Cedar Park Road and will offer comprehensive residential treatment programmes that combine therapeutic approaches with holistic recovery methods.
These programmes are designed to help service users address the root causes of gambling-related harms while providing them with the tools and support needed to rebuild their lives.
The official opening ceremony, scheduled from 10:00am to 3:00pm, will include facility tours, presentations from Gordon Moody's senior leadership team and testimonials from former service users.
Former professional footballer Steve Bull will conduct the ceremonial ribbon cutting, and attendees will have the opportunity to engage with key stakeholders in the field of gambling harm prevention.
