Italian football club Como 1907 has secured a new multi-year partnership agreement with Playbet.io.
The deal, brokered by P11 Group's Nick Hunter and Commercial Agent Oliver Smith, establishes Playbet.io as the club's official entertainment partner.
The partnership will feature Playbet.io branding across LED advertising boards during Como 1907's home matches, aiming to boost the platform's visibility throughout the season.
Commenting on the new deal, Como 1907's Chief Revenue Officer, C. Ryan Shelton, stated: “We are excited to welcome Playbet.io to the Como 1907 family. Their presence on the global LED will add a dynamic element to each matchday broadcast, showcasing our shared commitment to engaging and elevating the fan experience."
Playbet.io's Chief Marketing Officer Miguel Almeida added: “Playbet.io is thrilled to collaborate with the historic club Como 1907. We are confident this collaboration will be a resounding success and Playbet.io would like to extend a heartfelt welcome to all the passionate fans of Como 1907!”
This agreement follows a trend of expanding relationships between gaming operators and football clubs across the globe.
Earlier this month, for example, QuinnBet secured a two-year sponsorship deal with Millwall FC.
Shortly after this, Betsson extended its partnership with Boca Juniors, maintaining its role as the Argentinian club’s front-of-shirt sponsor until 2028.
