This collaborative event is dedicated to the discussion of sports data and how it is being used by bookmakers to drive their business forward. With around 100 delegates expected to attend this event provides the perfect opportunity for relaxed networking among peers ahead of a hectic week of business at ICE.

Along with a three-course meal, the seminar will also host a couple of sessions discussing the latest data trends, take a look at the capabilities of BetConstruct Data Feed services and also feature an address by two sporting celebrities: Ruud Gullit and John Barnes.

Why the name ‘H2O Data’?
Data is as important to an operator’s well-being as water is to our personal well-being. As such we thought we’d use the opportunity to shine the spotlight on an area that perhaps doesn’t get looked at too closely and show how vital these services are for betting operatorsVigen Badalyan
Just as water is essential for life, data is essential for betting operators. H2O Data is the winning formula in sports betting. BetConstruct Executive Chairman Vigen Badalyan says: “Data is as important to an operator’s well-being as water is to our personal well-being. As such we thought we’d use the opportunity to shine the spotlight on an area that perhaps doesn’t get looked at too closely and show how vital these services are for betting operators.”

Why did you choose to partner with SBC?
First of all, it is the human factor. We trust Rasmus and SBC team.

What do you hope to achieve with this seminar? What will attendees gain?
The event will allow the industry to discuss the future and our fears regarding the availability of data. Along with the appearances of football royalty, the invite-only seminar will address key questions around the speed, range and depth of data. BetConstruct will also be conveying the importance of its data services to sports betting traders, C-Level Management, Sportsbook Directors and Sportsbook Managers across the industry. We also have guest speakers, which are football legends Ruud Gullit and John Barnes. Moreover, a panel will also discuss how operators and punters are using data in a day to day capacity.

Can you give us more of an idea about the trends and issues that will be discussed in regards to data?
We will all have an opportunity to discuss what issues we will all have to face in the future and where the whole industry may appear if enough attention is not paid to the issue of sports data. Maybe our fears are groundless. Among the subjects covered will be the management of risk and what to look for in a data feed and data for eSports. There will also be an opportunity to find out more about the Live Scouting Data that BetConstruct provides to its partners.

Why do you think data is such a pertinent issue?
Everything starts with the speed and reliability of data.

Are you looking forward to attending ICE this year?
We’re coming to this year’s ICE for everything.
