Operator bet365 has announced the simultaneous launch of its sportsbook in Tennessee and Illinois, bringing its total presence in the US market to 13 states.

In Tennessee, bet365 enters as an independent operator in the state's online-only sports betting market as the Volunteer State becomes the 12th jurisdiction in the company's expanding US portfolio.

As such, new and eligible Tennessee customers aged 21 and over can now register to access the platform's betting features.

Commenting on the Tennessee launch, a spokesperson for bet365 stated: “Tennessee’s passionate sports fans have an insatiable appetite, and we are incredibly excited to present our fully stocked menu of offers, boosts and more with them."

Concurrently, bet365 has entered Illinois through a partnership with Walker's Bluff Casino Resort, marking its 13th state launch.

Illinois bettors can register online, with on-premise betting also available at the resort's Draft Day Sports Lounge and other facility outlets via the bet365 mobile app.

A bet365 spokesperson again commented on the launch, stating: “Championship-winning franchises, iconic athletes and impassioned fans define Illinois’ Never Ordinary sports culture. Now, new and eligible bettors from Chicago, Springfield and all of the Prairie State can join the bet365 experience."

Both state launches feature welcome promotions for new customers, including a "Bet $5 Get $150 in Bonus Bets" offer regardless of the wager outcome.

Each market also includes a state-specific "Super Boost" promotion – Tennessee customers can receive boosted +100 odds on Tennessee to win their opening March Madness game (maximum $50 stake), while Illinois bettors can access +100 odds on 1 point being scored in the first tournament game on 20 March (maximum $50 stake).

These launches come immediately after bet365 and Incentive Games relaunched their "Bracket Challenge" for the 2025 Men's College Basketball Tournament, which offers participants a chance to win up to $10m for a perfect bracket.
