Wynn Resorts has announced the nomination of former Chairman and CEO of Pinnacle Entertainment, Anthony Sanfilippo, to its Board of Directors.
The election will take place at the company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on 30 April 2025. Margaret 'Dee Dee' Myers, a board member since 2018, has opted not to seek re-election.
Sanfilippo previously led Pinnacle Entertainment through multiple transactions and expansions. His leadership experience includes serving as President and CEO of Multimedia Games and as Division President at Caesars Entertainment.
Good to know: Wynn Resorts owns and operates Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Macau, Wynn Palace and Encore Boston Harbor and is developing Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE, scheduled to open in 2027
