Resorts World Las Vegas has announced the appointment of Greg Shulman as EVP of International Marketing, effective 17 March 2025.
The role will see Shulman lead the resort’s global casino marketing operations, with a focus on high-end player development and international client acquisition.
His appointment follows a series of leadership changes at the property, including the naming of Alex Dixon as CEO in January and the formation of a new Board of Directors chaired by former MGM Resorts International CEO Jim Murren.
Shulman brings more than three decades of experience in the gaming industry, having previously held senior roles at Bellagio, Palms Casino Resort and Sandia Resort & Casino.
At MGM Resorts, he served as Executive Director of Marketing before being appointed VP of Casino Marketing & Hospitality. He later returned to Bellagio as VP of International Marketing, where he worked to attract VIP clientele from key overseas markets.
Most recently, Shulman was VP of Casino Marketing at Palms Casino Resort. Prior to that, he served as COO of Sandia Resort & Casino in New Mexico, overseeing the property’s reopening and operational recovery post-Covid.
Carlos Castro, COO and CFO of Resorts World Las Vegas, commented: “Greg’s impressive career in the gaming industry is a testament to his leadership and relationships all over the globe. He is widely regarded as one of the top player development executives in the industry.”
Shulman added: “I am excited to embark on the next chapter of my career at Resorts World Las Vegas and contribute to the company’s success as we look to accelerate our growth in the international VIP player market.”

In February 2025, Resorts World Las Vegas’s Zouk Nightclub and Ayu Dayclub announced their upcoming residency line-ups, retaining artists such as Kaskade, Illenium and DJ Snake, while adding Nelly and Alison Wonderland.
The venue continues to collaborate with partners including Insomniac and Vibee through initiatives like Hotel EDC, designed to expand the resort’s entertainment footprint beyond gaming.
The property has also hosted UFC-linked activations, including appearances by resident ambassador Sean O’Malley.
Shulman’s appointment is the latest move in Resorts World Las Vegas’ efforts to strengthen its position in the international high-value player segment.
