Rush Street Gaming and Rivers Casino have enhanced their education support programs for Team Members with new student debt repayment and scholarship initiatives.
Eligible full-time employees with qualifying student loans can receive up to $1,000 per year directly toward their debt which will be fully paid by the company and without any matching requirement. More than 100 Team Members enrolled in the student debt repayment program within one week of launch.
In addition, the Bill Keena Honorary Scholarship program supports Team Members in managerial roles or below, as well as their dependents, pursuing college or vocational education. The scholarship honors the company’s retired COO and is administered by Scholarship America.
This new scholarship works alongside Rivers Casino’s existing education awards, which have distributed over $7m to more than 500 students to date.

Part- and full-time Team Members may also receive up to $5,000 annually in tuition assistance, covering tuition, fees and books. Candidates accepted into Rivers Casino’s Dealer School receive paid training and certification.
