Unikrn boosts eSports product with Betgenius deal

Betgenius has reached an agreement with Unikrn to supply the eSports bookmaker with its in-play betting product.

The agreement will see Betgenius provide Unikrn with optimised in-play market prices for thousand of live events, including all major events and tournaments involving eSports heavy-hitters League of Legends, DOTA 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Overwatch.

Describing the deal as a “technology collaboration”, Unikrn will leverage Betgenius’ data services and technology to drive enhanced eSports data analytics, alongside optimised live and pre-match betting markets.

Making note of recent controversies relating to skin betting and unlicensed operators in the eSports space, Betgenius and Unikrn also detailed their aim to set the standard for integrity in the market.
