GeoComply have officially applied for a New Jersey online gaming licence.

The geolocation specialists, who received a Nevada i-gaming licence in June, become the first firm to submit an application for an Internet Ancillary Services licence with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

GeoComply USA's CEO Anna Sainsbury said: “New Jersey is an important market for us and our customers and the fact that GeoComply was the first Internet Ancillary entity to successfully submit for licensing is an indication of our commitment to being ready for the market-opening in November."
