The luxurious five-star hotel, located in the same parcel of land, has 368 guest rooms and four restaurants.

Speaking to the local media, property owner Mike Lam Hin Wai thanked the government for positioning Macau as an international tourism and leisure city, and explained the ethos behind the development: “We are a fashion hotel. When people are tired of the traditional hotel chain, they will love this kind of hotel. An urban retreat, while not as convenient, means you can be away from the noisy environment.”

“[It is] a complementary service to our hotel,” he commented regarding the casino.

Total investment for the project was approximately HK$2bn.
