ISoftBet announce Optimove agreement

tBet have agreed a campaign optimisation deal with retention automation software firm Optimove.

The arrangement will see iSoftBet customers receive the provider’s system with Optimove’s technology already integrated.

The Optimove software, which is web-based and powered by unique customer modeling technology, finds the best matches between specific campaigns and customers, predicting how customers will respond to various marketing actions before recommending those actions which will be most effective at the various stages of the customer lifecycle.

iSoftBet's sales manager Luci Apostolou said: “We have seen terrific results from operators who have already implemented this solution and we are looking forward to seeing similar results on the rest of the iSoftBet platform.”

Amit Bivas, Optimove marketing director, added: “We expect that iSoftBet operators who implement Optimove's software to automate and optimise their customer marketing will see great results very quickly."
