Sportech announce NYX alliance

ators and suppliers Sportech have agreed a US-facing online gaming joint venture with suppliers NYX Gaming Group.

The deal will see the firms come together to provide social and real-money gaming products and services in the States as the country continues to regulate.

Both parties are to hold a 50% interest in a company which will supply a full suite of online products, including bingo, casino, poker, slots and other games, to potential licensees, including Sportech’s US racetrack and casino partners, using the NYX platform.

Sportech CEO Ian Penrose said: "This joint venture with NYX will extend our US product range into a full suite of online games as and when regulations permit.

“It complements our established US position as a trusted supplier of terminal and online betting systems for horseracing to racetracks and casinos.”
