Catena Media is a Maltese-based performance marketing company founded in 2012.
The company has been growing rapidly and released figures showing a 63% year-on-year growth with revenue now at €20.1m ($22.5m), as stated in its latest financial report.
The affiliate has made a flurry of acquisitions in the past year, such as BETFREEBETS.UK and German-based Dreamworx Online for €9.5m.
The cost of Catena Media’s latest expansion has been approximated at $11m, reliant on the success of the newly acquired asset.
An initial payment of $6.5m will precede the rest of the money, which will be earned after the new asset reaches its target of 80-140% in generated revenue growth.
