Konami have promoted Shanna Grimes to vice president of human resources, Gary Snobel to vice president for corporate planning and IT and William Wadleigh to senior director for game development.

Steve Sutherland, President and CEO at Konami Gaming, Inc. said: “These new appointments are a reflection of Konami’s strong momentum within the business and reliable long-term position in the gaming industry.

“Konami’s senior management is driven by a commitment to excellence, accountability and innovation – values which are shared by each of these key members of leadership.”

Grimes has lead the company’s HR department for two years and Snobel has been on Konami’s global corporate planning team for over ten years.

This news comes days after the 2018 Peru Gaming Show where Konami showed off some of their newest products.

In an interview with Yogonet, Konami’s Vice President of International Gaming Operations, Eduardo Aching, said: “This year’s Peru Gaming Show was a very important event for Konami and  Pacific Games, our exclusive distributor for the region.

"There is strong confidence in the market that these latest products will help generate greater positive outcomes."
