FanDuel and TVG to launch sports betting show

FanDuel’s American horseracing network affiliate, TVG, is set to launch its first live Sunday morning sports betting pregame show.

FanDuel and TVG to launch sports betting show

Operator Paddy Power Betfair successfully merged its US businesses with FanDuel, including TVG, in July, creating the largest online sports destination in the country.

The Barstool Sports Advisors and More Ways to Win are set to premier on Sunday 9 September at 10am ET and 11am ET.

More Ways to Win will be a two-hour studio show covering “football news, sports betting information, fantasy news, and live data integration,” aimed at capturing new audiences energised by the expansion of sports betting in several US states.

The show will also feature live reports from the FanDuel sportsbook at the Meadowlands Racetrack in New Jersey, where the company recently launched is mobile sports betting app, and horseracing from around the US.

Kevin Grigsby, Executive Producer of More Ways to Win and Senior Vice President of Content Development at TVG, said: “Our goal is that More Ways to Win will revolutionise sports betting news and information in the same way CNBC changed television coverage of the stock market.”

Former ESPN and SportsCenter anchor Lisa Kerney will be the host of More Ways to Win, bringing with her a vast understanding of the US sports industry and an analytical edge to the show.

Kip Levin, CEO of TVG Network and COO of FanDuel Group, added: “The integration of fantasy and sports betting content into our television assets provides a unique, unmatched marketing platform for the FanDuel Group.”

Both shows will be available to view in 60 million homes as well as on Apple TV, Amazon Fire, and Roku via the new Watch TVG App.

The Barstools Sports Advisors launch is still subject to pending regulatory approvals.
