Aimed at large operators who wish to expand their existing online platforms, the new offering boasts features designed to provide additional benefits to players and increase their engagement, therefore increasing an operator’s business value.
iCore Engage offers an immediate response to a player’s gaming activity by delivering promotions while they are still engaged in play, while “effective” cross-selling between multiple products and channels, regardless of the suppliers, “allows for better marketing optimisation”.
An “enriched customer experience” is also provided via “high personalisation and optimisation” of web and mobile portals with central product configuration and content management.
