Rank Group appoints new CFO
The Rank Group has appointed former Experian executive William ‘Bill’ Floydd as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Floydd will join the company on 12 November and is expected to be appointed on the board in the near future.
Floydd was Experian CFO for over five years. He was involved in numerous M&A projects, one of which included the investment in London & Country Mortgages.
Before his role with Experian, Floydd spent 12 years working for Logica Plc, prior to its acquisition by CGI Group Inc. These roles included North American CFO, Group Financial Controller, UK CFO and Deputy Group CFO.
