Sports and betting-related data supplier Betradar has launched a new series of in-play betting games.

Betradar rolls out sports minigames

‘In-play Minigames’ combine Betradar’s existing live sports data with casino game concepts.

Betradar managing director of sales, Erik Lorenz said: “With In-Play Minigames, we are taking the next step in the gamification of live betting.

“Customers demand new entertainment products and services from betting operators and this is exactly what we provide with In-Play Minigames.

“With a new betting cycle starting every three minutes in average, we convert any live event to a thrilling gaming experience.”

The mini-games will be available as web widgets, with Betradar recommending they be put in a sidebar for web-based bookmakers, or shown as a full screen app for mobile.

The company also announced NextUp Soccer, a football betting game based on predicting the next ‘match incident’ in a live game.
