DraftKings confirms new launches in Indiana and Iowa

DraftKings has officially launched a mobile sportsbook in Indiana, the third state in the US where the operator now offers its app.

Iowa

The app will be available on iOS and Android, just as it currently is in New Jersey and West Virginia.

From a retail standpoint, DraftKings is also powering three new Wild Rose sportsbooks in Jefferson, Emmetsburg and Clinton in the state of Iowa.

That extends the company's retail sports wagering offering to four states: New York, New Jersey, Mississippi and Iowa.

Matt Kalish, DraftKings Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer, said: "DraftKings could not be more thrilled to expand our national reach as states continue to open the market for legalised sports betting."

Tim Dent, DraftKings Chief Compliance Officer, said: "Football season is in full swing and it’s the perfect time to bring our retail sports betting experience to Iowa."
