Flores will be in charge of finance, strategic planning, treasury, tax and accounting, based at the supplier's offices in Irvine, CA.
The new CFO has 20 years of experience in financial management, most recently as Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at Alorica.
Prior to that role, she served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Maker Studios, overseeing a revenue increase from $2m to more than $200m during her time at the company.

The appointment follows last week’s news that saw GAN record a year-on-year gross operator revenue increase of 189%, to $120.8m, for Q4 2019; as well as a 95% increase in active player days.
