After many difficult months, we are gradually seeing a return to life as normal in some areas of the world; and BetConstruct CEO Vigen Badalyan is convinced that rather than weaken his company, the pandemic has accelerated its progression.
Speaking with Gambling Insider for the Jul/Aug edition of its magazine, Badalyan explained how the pandemic made it necessary for the company to experiment.
He commented: “Like the rest of the world, we have had to experiment to weather the storm.
“The pandemic has caused self-purification. It is an opportunity for all to identify weak points and understand where they fall behind and what needs improvement.
“We are now even stronger as we managed to adapt on time to respond to the new reality.”
This is something Badalyan has also witnessed in BetConstruct’s partners. He said they had also “embraced the new reality” by diversifying product offerings with virtuals, online casino and live casino.
The popularity of online casino and live casino is something he sees continuing into the future. “There is no way back,” Badalyan insisted. “I believe this will continue because it is always hard to change players’ habits and force them to return to past realities.”
