Through the operator’s Score Digital Sports Ventures subsidiary, theScore Bet app will be made available to sports fans in the Centennial state, after first securing market access to offer mobile sports betting back in January.
Under the agreement with a subsidiary of Jacobs Entertainment, the operator will receive a percentage of revenue generated from theScore’s operations in Colorado, and an initial upfront fee.
TheScore, which is also live in New Jersey, will continue its expansion with an upcoming launch in Indiana through a multi-state market access agreement with Penn National Gaming.
John Levy, theScore founder and CEO, said: “The passionate sports fans of Colorado are going to love theScore Bet and we’re thrilled to begin our multi-state rollout here, right in time for football season.
“The way we’ve uniquely fused media with gaming delivers a totally unrivalled product for fans, unlike anything else in market today.
“TheScore is already the sports app of choice for a huge number of fans in Colorado, and we’re confident theScore Bet is going to quickly become their favourite sportsbook too.”
