Betway and MansionBet secure sports betting sponsorship extensions
Betway has extended its worldwide partnership with Cricket West Indies (CWI).
The new deal will last until 2022, and sees online operator continue its role as the official betting partner of the CWI, which includes the sponsorship of all the West indies’ men and women home international matches.
Betway will have a pitch and broadcast presence at the international matches, and the partnership extends to the operator becoming the official betting partner of the Regional Super50 Cup, the leading 50-over domestic tournament in the region.
The partnership, which initially began in June 2018, will also see Betway continue to support the CWI’s integrity and player education programmes, promoting safe gambling.
In recent weeks, Betway has become the exclusive betting partner of German Bundesliga football club Hertha Berlin, and the front-of-shirt sponsor of Spanish second division team, RCD Espanyol.
Meanwhile, MansionBet will continue as the official betting partner of Millwall FC, for the 2020/21 season.
The operator’s logo will appear on the back of the player’s home and away shorts and is an extension of the deal first announced in January.
The deal with the Championship club will include exclusive giveaway and offers to Millwall fans. The news follows the operator becoming fellow Championship club Bristol City’s principal partner, last month.
