Victoria grants keno licences to Tabcorp and Lottoland

Tabcorp Holdings and Lottoland Australia have been awarded non-exclusive keno licences by the Victoria State Government under a new, dual-licence model. From 15 April, the operators will be permitted to offer the lottery-like gambling game, both in-person and — for the first time — online to consumers in the Australian state.
