ator Mansion Group has announced Guy Gussarsky is to leave his position as CEO next week.

Gussarsky, who has been in the position with the Gibraltar-licensed company since 2007, will be replaced by current COO Sagi Lahav.

Lahav has been with Mansion for eight years and the changes will come into effect on Wednesday.

Mansion stated on Monday: “The Group is very happy with the changes as it provides continuity to the management of the business at such an important time for the company's development plans for this year and for the future, and in managing the ongoing challenges facing the industry as a whole.

“It also acknowledges the calibre of internal talent and longevity within the Mansion Group, and its succession planning processes to be able to make such changes with a positive impact.”

Despite stepping down as CEO, Gussarsky will remain with the operator, moving into a board level position.

Shelly Hadad, who currently holds the role of director of business development at the company and has worked for Mansion in lead operations and marketing roles since 2008, will replace Lagav as COO.

Mansion revealed in September that it would be transferring some of its operations to Bulgaria, which reportedly could result in up to 80 redundancies.
