New Jersey i-gaming win up for H1 2015

rnet gaming win for New Jersey operators increased 14% year-on-year for the first six months of 2015, figures released by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement have revealed.

The year-to-date internet gaming win figure stands at $71.97m, following the releasing of New Jersey’s gaming win figures for June.

June’s i-gaming total of $11.7m is up 23% and marks the seventh consecutive year-on-year upturn.

No year-on-year decreases have been reported since the regulated real money New Jersey online gambling market launched in November 2013.

Internet gaming win totalled $122.9m for 2014.

Casino win for the first six months of 2015 was $1.14bn, down 11%, and casino win for June was $204.9m, down 10%.

Overall gaming win for the state’s current operators went up 6% to $216.5m in June and up 4% to $1.22bn for the first six months of 2015.

Borgata contributed the highest amount of casino win and internet gaming win in that six months, as its casino win went up 5% to $320.5m and internet gaming win went down 3% to $23.2m.

Borgata’s total gaming win figure for the six months stands at $343.7m, up 5%, and the operator to have contributed the second-highest gaming win total was Harrah’s with $185.05m, up 11%.
