GiG brings Spanish iGaming company Rubiko to Marketplace
By Dominic Marius-Markham

The companies first crossed paths in April while working on operator Seven Leisure Investments’ new online casino, SuperSeven, building its customer service, operations, payment and fraud services.

Tim Parker, Seven Leisure’s COO, attested to Rubiko’s software know-how, commenting: “We chose Rubiko because of their excellent understanding of our marketplace and what our customers need from a service perspective.

“This, coupled with Rubiko’s multilingual capability giving us the possibility to scale our offering without painful hiring and recruitment headaches, meant that it was the obvious choice. The experience so far has been fantastic, and we look forward to working with them long into the future.”

Impressed by its offering, GiG opted to bring the Barcelona-based business to its Marketplace.

“It’s a pleasure to welcome Rubiko to our Marketplace,” remarked GiG’s Director of Sales and Business Development, Martin Collins.

“Partnering with a leading provider of customer support is an exciting opportunity for GiG, allowing us to further strengthen the quality of our service offering to our partners. We look forward to a long and successful partnership together.”

Founded in 2012, GiG has quickly established itself as a major player in the iGaming B2B tech space and over the last couple of years, it has expanded into most segments of the supplier value chain.

Consequently, being added to GiG’s Marketplace gives third-party providers like Rubiko access to big names in the industry.

The Spanish provider hopes this partnership will support its growth, saying: “Working with a well-established and finely respected company is a big win for us, and for the players.”
