Wynn Macau confirms Craig Billings as new CEO
By Gambling Insider

Billings will become Wynn Macau CEO as well as the overall CEO of Wynn Resorts.

After Maddox had announced that he would step down next year, he also announced he'd remain on the board as a Non-Executive Director until December 2022.

His decision to temporarily remain on the Board of Directors of Wynn Macau and Wynn Interactive was made at the request of his fellow Wynn Resorts Directors.

He took this decision after a career of over 20 years with the company and motivated his decision by a "desire to pursue new career opportunities."

Additionally to Maddox's resignation as a CEO, Wynn Macau mentioned he would be also leaving his positions as Director and Officer of the company's subsidiaries, including his position as a Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Prior to being appointed the role of CEO, Billings served as President and CFO of Wynn Resorts. He had joined as CFO in March 2017 and has been a board member since August 2018.

Prior to joining Wynn Resorts, he had held executive and board positions with Aristocrat Leisure, NYX Gaming Group, IGT and Goldman Sachs.

“Subject to the completion of certain Macau regulatory procedures, Mr Billings will become the Chairman of the Board of Directors of WRM," read a statement from Wynn Macau.
