By Gambling Insider

Zinchenko began his career at Russian Premier League team Ufa; he first played for Ukraine’s national team in 2015 and joined Manchester City in 2016.

The 25-year-old is the youngest captain of Ukraine’s national football team in history.

He won the FA Cup and FA Community Shield with Manchester City, as well as the English Premier League three times, and the EFL Cup four times.

Zinchenko also played in the final of the Champions League last season, but is yet to lift European football's biggest trophy.

George Givishvili, VBet Ukraine CEO, said: "Oleksandr Zinchenko is one of the brightest football talents of Ukraine. He will be able to present our brand like no one else. We are proud of this collaboration and will do our best to make it extremely fruitful and capable of bringing a lot of bright emotions to our fans."

Zinchenko added: "I'm thrilled to become VBet's ambassador. Together, we'll develop Ukrainian football and esports, on and off the field. I believe we’ll be able to succeed and move forward."

VBet is a partner of the Ukraine national football team and has partnerships with several football clubs, including Vorskla, Oleksandriya, Monaco, and Portsmouth. The operator collaborates with other sports teams and organisations worldwide.

In 2021, VBet signed deals to become a sponsor of Ukraine’s women’s national football team, title sponsor of Ukrainian Premier League, Ukrainian Cup, Ukrainian Super Cup and Ukrainian national ice hockey team.
