Peter Luger to open restaurant at Caesars Palace
By Gambling Insider

The Michelin-starred restaurant will expand its US footprint for the first time in over 60 years when it opens a new venue at Caesars Palace.

Peter Luger’s flagship Brooklyn location first opened its doors to hungry customers in 1887 and has been serving them ever since.

But the steak house has never launched a restaurant in the States beyond its New York home — until now.

In partnership with Caesars Entertainment, Peter Luger will introduce a Las Vegas location for West Coast diners to experience its “notoriously gruff, bow-tied waitstaff” and “old-world charm”.

“We’re thrilled to be bringing Peter Luger to Caesars Palace,” said Amy Rubenstein, the President of Peter Luger.

“It was critical for us to be able to bring to Las Vegas the same menu, the same ambience and — most importantly — the same quality beef that we are known for in New York, and Caesars was aligned with that vision.

“Our two iconic brands have rich and celebrated histories, and we could not imagine a better partner in Las Vegas.”

Peter Luger’s Las Vegas venue will be its fourth. Alongside its chief location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, the brand has a restaurant in Great Neck, New York, and another in Tokyo.

Caesars Entertainment Regional President Sean McBurney commented: “Peter Luger Steak House is one of the great New York dining destinations, providing world-class food and service for over a century.

“Just like Caesars Palace, Peter Luger is timeless and inimitable. We are thrilled to make a home for Peter Luger on The Strip, and we know our guests will love the opportunity to experience this legendary New York tradition in the heart of Las Vegas.”
