Esports Technologies CEO to speak at Needham Virtual Growth Conference
By Peter Lynch

The CEO will discuss Esports Technologies’ recent acquisitions and its future growth strategies. Speach will also be taking one-on-one meetings with private equity and institutional investors throughout the conference.

“Esports Technologies is honoured to participate in the Needham Growth Conference, one of the premier events for growth company investors,” said Speach. “This is a tremendously valuable forum for our company. I look forward to telling investors about Esports Technologies’ recent acquisitions and the exciting growth strategy we've charted.”

At the beginning of December, Esports Technologies announced the successful closing of its acquisition of Aspire Global’s B2C business for $75.9m. Shortly after, the company secured access to a UK gaming licence through an operator services agreement signed along with the acquisition.

And earlier this month, the group announced the filing of a new patent application for a Financial Instrument Performance-Based Pari-Mutuel Betting System and Method, a system which “implements an electronic betting experience for an event that is comparable to horseracing, but using a group of financial instruments.”

Needham & Company’s flagship conference is a five-day event, providing investors with insight into a select group of emerging companies, as well as delivering investable themes to attendees, including senior company executives, institutional investors, and private equity and growth/venture capital investors.

Speach earlier this week spoke about the recent $75.9m acquisition and other key areas of the group’s future growth strategy at the ICR Conference 2022.
