By Gambling Insider

In a multi-year agreement, the sportsbook and casino operator has partnered with MSU Athletics, as well as MSU Sports Properties, to deliver fan engagement opportunities, a new premium seating area at Spartan Stadium and a continuation of responsible gambling education.

Caesars Sportsbook aims to drive significant exposure through the sports properties owned by MSU, in addition to leveraging a wide range of hospitality assets and VIP experiences. These new benefits will be made available to Caesars Sportsbook players through the existing loyalty scheme, Caesars Rewards.

These assets include broadcast and digital content across MSU athletic events, TV-visible branding across football, basketball and hockey, naming entitlement for a premium seating area and access to unique alumni and fan engagement opportunities.

Eric Hession, Co-President of Caesars Digital, commented: “Michigan State has a proud tradition of excellence and partnering with an internationally recognised brand in college athletics is a great opportunity for us.

“The Spartan fan base and alumni network is passionate and well-established across the country. We look forward to building upon our connection with them while strengthening the legacy we hold in the state of Michigan and advancing scholarship opportunities through this partnership.”

Alan Haller, Vice President and Director of Athletics, Michigan State, said: “The opportunity to partner with Caesars, a leading force in the sports and entertainment industry, will help enhance gameday experiences for Spartan fans and provide significant resources to support the growing needs of each of our varsity programs. We are excited to be on the cutting edge of this innovative opportunity.”

Caesars Sportsbook will also provide annual funds to support responsible gambling education, in addition to a significant ongoing financial commitment to MSU.

This partnership was facilitated by MSU's third-party multimedia rights holder, Playfly Sports.
