Parimatch to support Ukraine using Premier League adverts
By Louis Thompsett

Parimatch intends to use its advertisement boards to firmly outline its support for stopping the war, in a bid to ensure its message travels around the globe.

In a show of disapproval, Parimatch has also revoked the use of its franchise for the Parimatch brand in Russia.

By repurposing advertisement boards at Premier League grounds, Parimatch feels it is entering into a moral partnership with the league — whose many clubs have supported Ukraine and abandoned partnerships with Russian companies.

Posting to social media, including LinkedIn, Parimatch additionally details the creation of an operational headquarters to coordinate support work from Ukrainian volunteers.

This HQ has been set up alongside an increase to operational activities, which primarily entail delivering essential protective equipment to the Ukrainian army.

Parimatch aims to rely on its international associations to deliver equipment from Ukraine’s neighbouring countries, as well as from domestic regions. Such deliveries so far include two wagons of medical aid from Lviv and two buses of food and medicines from Ternopil.

Additionally, Parimatch has initiated the reorganisation of its Kyiv warehouse facilities. Usually used to store branded products, Parimatch has confirmed large quantities of these goods will be redirected to aid the needs of Ukraine’s military defences.

What's more, staff of The Tesla, a subsidiary of Parimatch, have volunteered to support residents of Kyiv, Kharkiv and other major Ukrainian cities.

Parimatch reaffirms its commitment to doing all that it can to deter military forces from the Russian Confederation, and support Ukrainian refugees and wounded soldiers.
