Aristocrat markets on “world’s largest video screen” in Las Vegas
By Gambling Insider

The 136,000 square-foot canopy suspended over the pedestrian mall, which provides direct access to a number of prominent casinos, doubles as a video screen claimed to be the world’s largest.

To launch its partnership with FSE, Aristocrat Gaming will debut a series of customer-focused adverts, showcasing some of the characters from the gambling supplier’s content portfolio.

All promotional videos will end with a call-to-action, prompting pedestrians to play Aristocrat’s games at any of the eight nearby casinos. These include Binion's, California, Circa, The D, Four Queens, Fremont, Golden Gate and Golden Nugget.

Aristocrat Gaming’s President of the Americas & EMEA Tommy O'Brien commented: “At Aristocrat, we go big for our customers and with invitations to play. We bring the biggest brands, the best games and the best cabinets together to create memorable gaming experiences unlike anything else in the industry.

“Now, we are bringing our most popular games to this larger-than-life format, and what better way to continue to tell that story than with the Fremont Street Experience.”

The FSE canopy, which launched in 1995, was constructed at an initial cost of $70m. Subsequent upgrades have seen the screen transformed into an LED version, at a cost of $49m, with a further $27m provided by the local authorities for the construction of a parking garage for visitors.

FSE President & CEO Andrew Simon said: “We are proud Aristocrat selected the world-class Viva Vision screen to share its messaging in a unique and one-of-a-kind environment. Top brands are recognising the reach of FSE as we attract over 24 million annual visitors.”
