Arizona Diamondbacks partners with Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort
By Gambling Insider

Under their agreement, the tribal operator’s Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort have been named the Major League Baseball (MLB) franchise’s official casino and resort partners.

This will see the properties’ branding feature on signage throughout the Diamondbacks’ Chase Field stadium, including unique field insignias in front of the home and visiting dugouts. The team will also open a VIP lounge for Casino Arizona and its guests.

What’s more, the partnership will enhance the Diamondbacks’ annual Native American Inter-Tribal Baseball and Softball Tournament and Native American Recognition Day, both of which will take place later this month.

“I am thrilled to welcome Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort to our family,” said Diamondbacks President and CEO Derrick Hall.

“The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community has long been a valued partner of the Arizona Diamondbacks, and I look forward to growing our relationship with Casino Arizona, creating memorable experiences for their guests at Chase Field and impacting members of their community.”

This announcement expands both parties’ existing relationship. Salt River Fields, an MLB facility in the Salt River Pima–Maricopa Indian Community and first of its kind built on Native American land, serves as the Diamondbacks’ spring-training facility.

Ramon Martinez, Director of Public Relations for Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Resort, said: “We are always looking for like-minded organisations with which to align our enterprise.

“Over the course of our lengthy relationship with the Arizona Diamondbacks, they have demonstrated a true commitment to their fans and the greater community.”
