Pollard Banknote lauds Idaho Lottery for launching Scratch FXtra games
By Gambling Insider

Born from a long-standing partnership between Pollard and the Idaho Lottery, a new line of tickets has been launched that combine the former’s Scratch FX patterns with holographic images.

These tickets feature in the Lottery’s so-called Scratch FXtra family of games, which is comprised of four products spanning multiple price points: the $5 Jack of Clubs, $10 Queen of Hearts, $20 King of Diamonds and $30 Ace of Spades.

Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director, commented: “This Scratch FXtra family of games is a clear winner for us. This unique concept in design and execution exemplifies our collaborative partnership with Pollard Banknote.

“These creative and innovative new games provide Idahoans with engaging and responsible entertainment which ultimately provides for our ‘Do Good’ initiatives that benefit all of Idaho.”

The launch of Scratch FXtra is the culmination, to date, of a decade-long partnership between Pollard and the Idaho Lottery. They first started working together in 2012 and have since then collaborated on various products.

Krista Stepa-Ammeter, Director of Sales & Marketing at Pollard Banknote, touched on this, adding: “The Idaho Lottery has always championed innovation.

“We are delighted the Lottery acted on our recommendation to incorporate Scratch FXtra into its latest family of games.

“Coupled with a bold, colourful design, these card-themed tickets capitalise on the upswing in casino-style scratch games in recent years, while helping the Lottery break new ground with a first-in-class offering.”
