Zitro debuts Altius Glare cabinets at Spain’s Gran Casino de Extremadura
By Gambling Insider

Located in Badajoz, a town situated close to the Portuguese border, the casino is owned by Zitro’s long-standing partner Grupo Orenes.

As a result, this deal not only expands the developer’s presence in Spain, but also deepens both parties’ existing relationship.

Most recently, Grupo Orenes debuted Zitro’s Wheel of Legends multi-game at Grand Casino Odiseo in Murcia.

“We did not hesitate to include Zitro’s cabinets, which are having incredible results not only in Spain but worldwide,” said Gregorio Hernández, Director of Grupo Orenes’ Casino Division.

“As a reference in the entertainment industry, our commitment is to offer our customers high-quality products with the most advanced technologies.”

The cabinets, from Zitro’s ‘Glare’ family of products, feature a 55-inch screen alongside a 27-inch full HD screen, suitable for 4K graphics.

Jaime Aníbal-Álvarez, Zitro’s Director of Casinos, Spain, commented: “We are grateful to Orenes Gran Casino de Extremadura for expanding the portfolio of Zitro products they already offer in their gaming hall.

“Altius Glare together with its multi-game Wheel of Legends offers a unique immersive gaming experience, which we are convinced will appeal to all customers of Gran Casino Extremadura.”

Elsewhere, Zitro expanded its footprint in France earlier this month via a partnership with Groupe Vikings.

The company also moved to strengthen its Latin American presence through a deal with Boldt Group, which saw it install 130 slot machines across three properties in Argentina’s capital city, Buenos Aires.
