Starting on 12 September 2022, a total of 14 requirements will take effect and Epic has already updated its fully accredited Interaction Masterclass service, adapting since the changes were first announced in June.

The new guidelines focus on ways to identify harm, act to prevent it, and evaluate the gambling operator’s interactions, as well as the effectiveness of the entire process.
