Softswiss completes GamCare certification to improve anti-fraud service
By Gambling Insider

Softswiss responsible gambling specialists, shift leads and managers took part in the course, titled ‘Social Responsibility, Communication and Motivating Behaviour Change.'

The training was intended to allow the Anti-Fraud team to develop more proactive methods of dealing with gambling-related harm, as well as further awareness of safer gambling issues.

Softswiss Head of Managed Services Anastasia Vyshinskaia said: “Our team is always striving to improve their knowledge and put it into practice right away.

“The course by GamCare is not an exception: the Anti-Fraud team learned how to deal with clients' inquiries on gambling-related issues and risks as well as how to build communication based on people's behaviour.

“We aim for perfection in our service, and we care about our clients because security and expertise are at the core of the service we offer at Softswiss.”

Anti-Fraud Support is one of six Softswiss Managed Services, which is a multi-function division designed to support B2C client services for online casino and sports wagering brands.

In Q1, the Anti-Fraud team resolved over 75 major complaints regarding suspicious online casino activity, with a total sum of €2.8m ($2.81m) saved in this period.

Softswiss signed a partnership with Praxis Tech this week, as the supplier looks to expand globally.

Through the deal, Praxis provided access to its portfolio of more than 510 payment service providers and over 1,000 alternative payment methods, allowing Softswiss to access a number of new markets through additional payment options.
