Signs for BetMGM will now be featured throughout Great American Ball Park, the home of the Reds, and includes a permanent outfield wall sign, messaging behind the home plate and a branded foul line during select games.

The new deal also includes a plan to open a retail sportsbook inside Great American Ball Park, which will set up shop where the Machine Room restaurant currently resides.

BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt said of the deal: "Today's announcement marks the beginning of our plans to create the most entertaining and dynamic sports betting experiences in Ohio. Through our relationships with the Reds and MGM Northfield Park, we look forward to bringing unique BetMGM content to Ohio's passionate sports fans."

Doug Healy, Cincinnati Reds CFO, added: "With sports gaming coming to Ohio, the Reds sought to bring the highest quality operator to our ballpark for those fans who choose to participate in sports gaming.

The move comes ahead of the debut of legalised gambling in Ohio, slated for 1 January 2023.
